I have been trying without success for over a week to contact Npower to ask for a bill. I eventually emailed them to ask for a bill and received a reply stating they had changed the name on my account as requested(?). This morning I took the bull by the horns and stayed in hold...for 58 minutes. I need to go lie down in a darkened room now.
