Listening To Music From Iphone Through Car...

Hi, I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the cirrect place, but I thought I'd give it a go here.

I travel around the country for work and sometimes I lose the radio stations that I like to listen to.
I would like to listen to music that I have on my iphone 4S, through the car speakers. Can this be done?

I have an Astra SRi 1.6
