I honestly believe the banal chit-chat in CB is frequently more erudite than the twaddle 'debated' in news.

I am also completely fed up of people whinging about right wing vs left Wing vs liberal in the news section. It's so boring to always see the same people saying the same things (sometimes not even in a different way). I know exactly what reaction certain poster s will have to certain stories even down to what words they will use.
LOl....LOL...bednobs is absolutely on the money........so bloody predictable is News.
However, I have a bigger moan about NEWS.
There is a nucleus of intelligent and well read posters, but beneath that, obscuring that fact there is a depth of nastiness, personal insults and "cleverness" which neutralises the point of the debate......in other words, many posters (the same) are just bloody rude.
