I'm looking to manufacture some socks with an ad hoc design, is anyone able to advise any companies that specialise in this sort of thing.

what is an "ad hoc" design? I know what ad hoc means, but it doesn't make sense (to me) in this context.
have you considered taking up knitting - its a good way of getting any design you want
