How do I copy the tracklist of a music CD from Nero to another document?

Once I've made a compliation CD of music in Nero, how do I copy the track listing I've used into another program, like "word" so I can print out the list? Or is there a much simpler way of doing it? Many thanks

Is there a file - export function?

Or a save function?

Could you copy and paste the list to a blank word document?

No file- export function. Also I've tried copy and paste but it will not work, either in word or into outlook express!
