How do I get rid of www.best-promos.com

It is driving me mad. I am not too computer literate so the answer needs to be comparatively simple or do I need an expert. We have Norton etc but it doesn't stop these pop ups

Try using Adaware, it's free and you can download it from www.lavasoft.com/software/adaware . You get free upgrades etc. That should do the trick.
