im not sure netti - mr b blocked his brother and the brother rang me to say "i get a really funny noise when i ring him"

Yes, you can block them. Generally you add the number as a contact, then add that contact to a 'reject' list.

No idea what happens now, but they used to get a message 'call rejected'

I actually tested this the other week (blocked my work mobile from calling my personal mobile) and when I rang it just went to voicemail. Had I not known I'd blocked it I would have just thought the phone was off.

Evi, does that mean if you block a number the caller can still leave you a voice mail?

I guess so but I just hung up when it connected to voicemail so I'm not sure if you'd get notified you had a voicemail or not.
