Flash Player Update

I tried to update the above but unable to because 'I do not have administrator permission'. I checked in the control panel under User Account & Family Safety - there was my name and underneath 'Administrator' and also Guest but I am the only person who uses this computer. My name was highlighted. How do I update Flash Player? What do I need to do to update it? I have Windows 7. Many thanks.
