i am planning to move home with my two children that have lived with me for 5 years after their mother left us for someone else. she is threatening to contest the move and as there is nothing legally decided through the courts i wondered if she has any legal right to do this email is [email protected]

As far as I'm aware she can only stop you taking the children abroad.
