Why are there two dots exactly in the middle along the left and right side of every TV screen? Upon looking, I noticed it was actually built in to the black outline of the screen, rather than the screen itself. I wondered if anyone knew.

Yeah, I've noticed this too; my TV has one on the top and bottom too. Probably something purely to do with manufacture, although I'm not entirely sure.
I used 'too' twice, which I think is excessive. Consider reading the first instance as 'also'.

Spacechimp, consider the back of your hand slapped for overuse of the word 'too'. Indeed excessive. I simply won't have it! Kindly take a seat at the back of the class and keep quiet and we won't say another word about it.
