I used to work at a place almost identical to pictures numbers 4 and 11, but instead of steel it was copper, closed a few years ago now land has been cleared and decontaminated, I think the land is up for sale for development probably end up has an housing estate.

I remember being contacted by a woman who was buying a newly built house on a site like that, she sent us samples of soil to check it had been decontaminated
