I recently heard a chillout song on Chill FM that had a section in it where a young child was singing "Horsey Horsey don't you stop, just let you feet go clippety clop".

I can't find it anywhere though, does anyone know who it's by?

Ha ha, it is indeed a nursery rhyme. But it was a chillout track that had a breakdown with a child singing it in. My lovely horse...that takes me back! :) Brilliant!!!
