Good Felt Tips For Budding Artist?

My younger brother is just about to finish school and persue a college course in art. He loves using felt tips and has a very dynamic/comic book style approach to his work. I want to buy him some quality pens to help with his work as a surprise, but I know nothing about which pens the artists among us preferred. I've seen some nice 'Staedtler's on Amazon, are they ideal? Or could anyone who also enjoys art using felt tips recommended better brands from experience? Thanks in advance (ps. I'm not really on a budget as its a gift and I know he'd appreciate quality)

Letraset promarkers are fantastic! It would be easier for you to Google them and see how great they than me to try and explain! One of my children uses them for her anime pictures.

Just to add, your brother may need to upgrade from felt tip pens to a Wacom Tablet when he is truly on his art course.

Thanks for the eBay link :) yeah I wanted to get him a tablet this time, as I've seen some great ones for use with Photoshop etc but 1. He doesn't know Photoshop/paintshop, and 2. His pc is pants and probably wont even run Photoshop lol. That's what made me think of the physical drawing materials :D

Beswad, my daughter has the Wacom Bamboo Pen (model no: CTL-470) and draws the most amazing things. She would highly recommend it as she has used other graphics tablets in the past.
