Ebay Payment Still Not Received...

Further to my query of a few days back payment has still not been received for an item I sold.
We resolved the shipping charge and he agreed to make payment but still nothing.

Ethically, how long do I wait before re-listing and do I need to cancel the current sale?

Start a dispute through ebay, otherwise you won't get your fees back and they won't get a strike for non paymeny.
