I dont have any problem on my Galaxy Note. Maybe you need to download an app that supports playing youtube videos?

I have downloaded 'Flash player for android devices' on My Samsung Galaxy Tab. 2.

I don't have personal experience but I know my brother says he is unimpressed that his tablet is interpreted as a mobile by some sites, and as a result some videos won't play even thought there ought not be a problem.
