have been treated to a helicopter flight over London in the next few days . However despite having flown in jets / hot air balloons and also a glider I feel aprehensive about this flight. can any one tell me what to expect ? Is it likely to make me suffer from motion sickness.

I've flown in helicopters twice - once in Florida and once in New York and found it exhilarating. I didn't suffer from motion sickness at all, in fact on the flight into New York we'd been banking round the Statue of Liberty which made my friend feel sick but she was absolutely fine in the helicopter. I'm sure you'll enjoy it.
I throw up in very small planes but I'm fine in a helicopter. You'll enjoy it.
