eBay Toolbar

Don't hear from me for months then 2 questions come along at once! lol

My problem is I have downloaded the e-bay toolbar but can't seem to get it to appear along the top. The alert monitor is in the bottom in the taskbar but no matter what I do I can't get the toolbar to appear.
I have gone thru view (along the top) and tried to get it that way thru the toolbars option but eBay isn't showing in the toolbar option. The toolbar option is unlocked.

I have e-mailed eBay asking what to do but just thought I would ask you knowledgable lot :o)

The eBay toolbar is full of bugs and spyware.

I don't know anybody that will use it. It can be a real pain to uninstall too.

Have a look at Moobar as an alternative.
