I think I have deleted them by mistake. Can I retrieve them easily? I am not technical, thanks all. I don't use iCloud and don't have an iPhone. Can I do something on the ipad ?

at the top of the email list, it says mailboxes in blue. Click on it and it takes you to all your mailboxes including junk and trash. the trash one should have your deleted emails on it if you haven't emptied it.
