thanks, Belido - I'm new to these type of crosswords but I'm enjoying learning. So are you saying that generally, if a clue says something like 'crazy', it could well be an anagram?

For 13 down, I've got flap - 'Dither, but strong on circuit' - flap, as in dither, lap, as in circuit. Do you know how strong comes into it?

Yes the word crazy is what we call an anagram indicator when we do a cryptic crossword so I presume the same applies here.

Yes f means forte strong in music, again this is the cryptic use of the term.
