Betting Slips

Been to Corals with my torn up betting slip and they gave me my £4 back,i was told without the slip i would need to fill out a form to get it back.

I expect someones taping it together as we speak. Regards losing your slip, you only used to write the slip out again. Latterly, I have signed a form, which the staff fill out. Its not like those 200 page government forms.

The form you would have had to fill out would simply have asked your name, address, tel number and the details of your bet. Would have taken you a couple of mins, max.
