its a big subject - you should ask more specific questions, no-one is going to do your homework for you

I think the point of the nvq is that you learn yourself, through reading and research and reflection on past experience. You will never learn anything if you just expect people to tell you all the answers.

I think the answers would just be common sense really, its not a particularly complex subject.
