Next Catalogue
12 Answers
Can anyone help me with this? In the Summer I received a Next catalogue through the post which I am not aware of ordering. Today I have received an invoice for £3.75 and just wondered if you have to specifically order the catalogue or could I inadvertently have ordered one by not ticking a box or something when purchasing on line? Any advice would be much appreciated.

At the checkout there was a little box to tick to order a catalogue but it was free - some sort of offer.
Could you have ticked a box in error? Maybe mistaking it for one of the daft "do you agree to the terms and conditions" boxes that nobody reads and everybody ticks?

You have to opt out from receiving them, at £3.75 I don't mind so much because my little girl uses them to collage and create fashion books etc. - She's seven, wants to be a designer.. But if they're not being used then it's a bit of a waste of money.. Autumn/Winter, Spring/Summer, Christmas Special..

I think this is their way to sell their catalogue even without your permission. They will offer it for free at first but then you'll be charged for the succeeding issues. Might as well opt out yourself manually from the site and delete all your payment options. Inform your card provider too that you won't be honoring charges from the website/company from now on.
