Bosch dishwasher - water not heating

Hello,
I have a Bosch SGS5332GB/17 which doesn't heat the water anymore. The programme runs as it should but with cold water. At the end of the programme, it does get hot for the drying cycle. Please can anyone shed any light on this before I call out an engineer?

Probably the water heater element or a controlling switch.

Thank you. I've seen spare parts on the Bosch website, is it something I can do myself? Can I get instructions from anywhere?
