Has anyone ever done exams in credit control? What does the course involve? And is there anywhere, either online or otherwise, i can find more info about it? Thanks in advance.

I work in credit control but had to do an exam when I arrived from South Africa. The best site to go to is

www.icm.co.uk

I am studying through them at the moment from home but you can attend classes if you wish. The prices are reasonable and they send regular updates to you on changes in the credit law.
