i only caught about fifteen minutes of the program, round about the time he was doing the feature on salmon farming ----- fascinating

however, the only scenes i saw actually in a supermarket were in a tesco
Think it was produced for Tesco.

Ok I will have a look in Tesco's. The salmon item was fascinating, I didn't realise it took 3 years from egg to plate.

Thanks excelsior and ouzel for input.
if I remember rightly, that particular cake was available for last Christmas, they might not stock it for this year, which would be a shame looked nice

very welcome
It was Tesco - Finest Belgian Chocolate Friut & Nut Wreath - Cost £15
is it available this year? Daughter wanted one last year but couldn't find it
Question Author
It looked good, might need to get one!
Greg Wallace said that the order was small by Tesco standards. It was either 10,000 or 15,000. So it may not be in every store but, if it is, there won't be many in each.

Thanks fred
I have recorded the programme, is it worth a watch?
Definitely.
The prog was one of a series I seem to remember. Past one dealt with among other things storing bananas in low oxygen vaults, and British apple growers growing a popular apple normally imported from New Zealand. The Gala I think.
