Mumps twice

I had mumps about a month ago, and now I have got the early symptoms I had last time, sore jaw, swollen throat. I didn't think you could get mumps twice at all let alone in such a short space of time. Is it possible I have mumps again or is it probably just a sore throat or something and I'm being paranoid. thank you.

i've had mumps twice - once as a child and again at the age of 24!
