Good luck to the man he just was not the man for Spurs .Spurs season is going to be hard to watch but can build for future if them players can play for someone else

The reason i mentioned Di Matteo is that there is a story in today's mirror regarding WBA's interest in him and trying to get around the fact that he is still being paid a staggering £130k per week by Chelski. Apparently he hasn't been sacked by the club, he is merely 'on gardening leave' until his contract runs out next summer - when he will have been paid another £3.4m!!!

The plain fact is that sacking Villas Boas is the height of nonsense. If he's not the man for Tottenham, and maybe he isn't, then he's in good company. How many managers have Tottenham sacked in recent years? When in fact they've been enjoying, for them, a fairly consistent run of success over the past few seasons.
If I was a manager of any repute I don't think I'd want to touch them with a bargepole.
