Npower Problem
Has anybody had problems switching their gas supplier to Npower? They told me today that although it's now 8 weeks since I gave them the go-ahead (and they confirmed this to me in writing) they have still not even contacted my current supplier to begin the process !! They said they've been having problems with "their systems". And I'll be out of pocket, too, as I'm obviously still on the recently-increased tariff of my present provider - an increase that made me want to change to Npower (their Dec 2017 Price Fix Tariff) in the first place......! Words fail me - I was beyond angry when I found out today

I should have learned my lesson, and changed to another supplier when my contract ran out, instead of which I changed my tariff - at the beginning of October, and as yet they have still not changed over my direct debit to the one quoted by them. I received an email from them last week, requesting patience and giving their apologies for taking so long but I am not holding my breath for anything to change any time soon.
