Tic Toc is a Welsh x Shetland stolen from Ramsey St Mary Cambridgeshire 6th - 7th Dec 2013.
He is 11hh Grey Welsh x Shetland aged 24 yrs and is the beloved pony and best friend of 5yr old Josh.
He has a distinctive thick curly coat and is suffering from Cushings disease.
