All I can suggest is take the fuel line off of the carb, and check that sufficient fuel is coming through, and the line has not been blocked by crap that accumulates at the bottom of the tank. also, check the jet( take the air filter cover off, remove the filter, and it is the gold screw underneath,) check that that is clear, and the fuel jet. Apart from that mate, an hour of labour at a scoot shop should see it fixed, if it was running ok before hand.
