Girl Wants To Use My House For Massage Parlour.

i have a house, my friend wants me to rent it to her on a short time basis to do massage, i let her use it last week and i paid by my card to advertise her services on a website. i am now concerned that she could be wanting to use it for sex, if so i will not be doing this for her, i am scared of getting arrested for running a brothel or living off proceeds of prostitution if she is offering sex although she has promised me she is not providing that . she has went to a massage school and studied it before about 3 years ago so im stuck on this idea. she is not giving me any money whatsoever . i feel sorry for her and but i dont know if she is manipulating me or not, people have told me to take care about this.

where do i stand regarding law. i have read it up about brothel etc and there would be only her doing massage betwwen her and customer, i will never be in house at same time . i will be there once or twice a week to collect mail etc. she needs this money to go away in new year and is constantly asking pleading with me. as i say i let her use it for 1 week before but stpped her using it as my friends warned she could be prostituting herself , that is up to her behind closed doors but its me whos going to be fall guy in long run, i need to know law on this before i consider this, if against the law then ill simply tell her "no " thankyou

I'm so sorry. I hope you're getting help and treatment yourself? You really do have to come clean then. Your friend is risking his life and he needs to know. I also don't think you can keep this from your wife. It's going to be a tough time, but you need to get this sorted.

she has given me a life sentence allready, its done allready. doc says i can start using meds now to control the spread of disease and can have sex with my wife, its too soon to even contemplate that. this bit** has told me she is going back to london in 2 weeks after christmas, fingers crossed that will be one hurdle of this nightmare over and ill just have to take time to make things up with my wife, 4 weeks ago i left and went away for 2 weeks , i didnt contact my wife or anyone, then i got messages from my wife that if i left her for good she would kill herself For Funks Sake its a mess. good story for some but nightmare for us involved in this, feel so sorry for my wife and daughter, we have no other family to rely on, we are alone and depend on each other. ive tried to leave but i cant leave my daughter , my wife doesnt cope well either at best of times. anyway im just hoping this girl gets away from here asap then maybe just maybe we can be "kind of" normal again.

yes murray, doc says if i start treatment now the disease will stay zero and not spread. very very small chance of risk, though i can say now, i will never ever risk it ! end of story.

Apart from everything else this woman is a walking death trap, a prostitute with an active HIV infection could kill dozens of men. Allowing her to use your home to sell sex may even make you an accessory to manslaughter. There has been at least one case where a prostitute who knew she was HIV positive was convicted of manslaughter for offering unprotected sex with out warning clients.
You MUST tell the police what is happening ,not to do so could be a criminal offence.

Well.....you have hiv now and you know the person that gave it to you has/is sleepig with your mate and you only warn him in a 'round about way' what a mate you are! You should telling him she has hiv. She needs reporting to the police. You dont need sympathy, you need to grow a pair and deal with this head on, your wife needs to know about your hiv. Your wifes friend has done this, she is no friend do what u can to get rid of her.
