I'm with BT openworld and after about two hours of surfing the net i always get cut of.Why is this and is there anything i can do about it

I was on BT Anytime, bobbins it was too. Anytime I expect I could have it on all the time. I got an email of them saying I'm breaking the t&c, only allowed on for 10 hours a day no good for downloading. I suggest like the others and change your isp.
