If you google it, you are simply bombarded with advertisers and rather dodgy American sites promising amazing cures! I would rather just have the facts. My GP named some that would help but I just can't remember them now. Basically I'm looking for a herbal supplement that counteracts early menopause (mood swings caused by irregular hormones) no other symptons . . . yet.

the only one i found that helped at all (and believe me I tried EVERYTHING....) was this one.
