I am looking at buying a pair, but theres so much choice. They start at 25 euros and go up to 179 euros. The pair i quite liked were 120 euros, which i found in the walking section, strange enough, i found another pair very similar for 85 euros, the difference was they were in the hunting section!!

I had a pair of leather Karrimors before that and I lost my toenails after coming down Kilimanjaro as my feet kept slipping to the front. A decent pair of boots won`t be cheap, as anything that is Gore-Tex lined tends to be expensive. You just have to try lots of pairs on before you buy.
I asked on a forum based in Spain but they don't seem to be readily available there.
"I have never seen them in any of the sports/gear shops along the Camino, they do not show up on a Google search for Brasher Boots Spain either. I wore a pair on my caminos and found them really great, plenty wide and a roomy toe box. No blisters on either Camino TG. "
