boosting up the engine

how a make a single cam engine a double cam engine take for example an old engine of 1000cc which have a single cam on it and it has to fixed with twin cam what alteration have to done to the head and is their any alteration for the bore also ? how to do that please ?

Unless there is a high performance cylinder head available for your car then it will be pretty much impossible to do without highly specialised equipment and knowledge. You would have to inform your insurers of any improvements so it would be easier to buy a more powerful car.

You just cannot do it! More than just the cylinder head is involved, You would also have to get a drive from the crankshaft for two camshafts.
