Dreams are very interesting aren't they. My wife has dreams often. They seem to revolve about things that have been stressing her a lot. Maybe like work issues.

I dont know the full scope of the dream thing, but my guess is that the more you get yourself worked up about something in a period of time, the more your brain will find it hard to switch it off, thus creating memorable thoughts in your sleep.

Buy a dream dictionary, very interesting

Go to google and put in dream interpretation. I kept having the same dream, that i kept losing my teeth, it turned out that something was happening in my life which i had no control over. It was true! Once that situation ended, so did the dreams! Spooky but true.

Presumably your subconscious is trying hard to get through to you. And you're not listening. The only thing it can do is keep 'shouting' at you til you get the message.

Take a look at the dream dictionaries if you want, but more importantly spend a few minutes pondering the dream and how it might relate to your life. When you've got as far as you can with logical thought, just let your brain tick over, stop analysing, and just let things come and go in your mind. Let your imagination roam free (like it does in your dreams). The answer, if there is one, is more likely to come to you this way than from a book someone else wrote in which generalities are stated as answers to what are very personal questions.

hi im 20 and have always remembered my dreams.i decided to write a dream diary, the second i woke up i'd write my dream down in a book and i would try to be as accurate as possible.when ever you get some quiet "me" time sit down and read the last dream you had because as other people have said your dreams are you subconcious and you should listen to what its trying to tell you.some times dreams dont have a hidden meaning it is just your brain processing new information from your day.i dont want to seem like a wacko but my sister goes to see a psychic which she feels helps her with recurring dreams, some times its easier for some who doesn't know you to interpret your dreams. just a thought, x
