I Have Taken The Advice Sqad

Gives us of taking 600mg ibuprofen today thought I would try something for my lower back pain other than the 500mg naproxen I usually take for it and found the ibuprofen worked better but how long can I take them and at that amount for? The pain is something I have to live with and the physio told me not to wait till the pain gets to bad before taking the painkillers as tensing up with the pain will just make it worse

You can take them for as long as you get pain relief from them.
