Didn't have Turkey. I'm still on the crusty ham rolls, and very nice they are too.

It was delicious. In a white sauce with double cream and a bit of sage and onion and (frozen puff pastry),creamed potatoes ,sprouts, curly kale and carrots. Glad to see the back of it though.

Did the pie Saturday, shortcrust pastry though, since then simmered the carcase and made a hefty soup from the stock.
