I`ve bought one of those box thingys that you can put 4 scart things into. I want to conect a freeview, & video recorder to the tv. It`s only a 14inch tv in the spare room, but as I have a spare freeview I`d like to use it & record from it. HELP PLEASE. I know I`m thick.

surely your ariel would go in the back of the freeview box and the freeview plugs into the video ?

Yes. The series is.. Aerial to digibox, Digibox to recorder, Recorder to TV. If your 14" doesn't have a scart socket just use co-ax' cable between them. Your video recorder should be marked "Aerial" on one socket and "Aux" on the other. "Aux" is your TV.

Not sure if that was any help.. Not so bright myself!

Thanks to you both for your help. I did eactly as you said, but can get either the freeview or the video. I can`t programme video to record from freeview as there`s a distortion on the picture making it imossible to see the picture. Any suggestions please.
