What's the best way to get rid of spots?

Witch Hazel and/or Tea tree oil are the two most commonly mentioned natural methods....if you have a really bad bout of acne see your GP who may prescibe Steroidal creams to combat it.

First of all, don't squeeze 'em! One, it hurts and two, they could become septic! Best thing is to was in the morning and before bed with warm water and soap, use clean and clear blackhead cleanser for blackheads and oxypads for those diffucult red ones! (eeeeww! lol) You'll be so spot free like me in no time!!

Ok, DO NOT PICK! It will make them look red and more obvious, spread infection and make your skin more oily and break out in sopts more!!!

Try witch hazel, or clear a sil!!!

Wash your fash once a day with soap or a reccomended scrub type wash based to get rid of spots!!
