try a course of non surgical face lifts they are really good and are not that expensive .I am a beauty therapist and it is very popular with my clients dont worry it does not involve needles. It is a treatment where rollers are placed onto the area and one is placed at the top of the muscle and 1 is placed at the bottom and this re educates the muscle either by making it tighter or looser .hope this has helped
