Can someone please tell me why all the 'cool' NME crowd hate James Blunt so much?

james blunt represents everything i hate in this world. firstly i think his lyrics are unbelievably weak " i saw you face in a crowded place. your beautiful your beautiful your beautiful your beautiful your beautiful your beautiful your beautiful its true" that is lyrics for 5 year olds secondly and more importantly there are so many more amazing bands that do that kind of music so much better than him but no-one will give the time of day because there not on radio 1 there is probably 4 albums a month that come out that do it so much better than James Bland, sorry Bland. no no sorry Bland yes his name is Blunt. i hate mediocrity with a passion. The i-pod its popular because its a fasion icon when really there are so many cheaper mp3 players that are better than the i-pod but no-one will buy because generally people are unbeleviably ignorant. apologies for all typos am writing this at work!
