Everyone is entitled to Justice,
'Innocent until proven guilty etc'
So they are entitled to a defence, if the system says they qualify for Legal Aid, so be it, it is not the Solicitor who makes that decision, they are simply being paid for doing their job!

I guess if the same criminals are entitled to legal aid "again and again", then the solicitors take the cases. It's the system that's at fault, then, not the solicitors.

If the solicitor is defending the same criminal three or four time what dous that tell you the solicitor is making easy robbing the tax payer
