Short Crust Pastry Mix

I have one in the cupboard that went out of date June 2013
Will it be ok?
It has not been opened

It will be absolutely fine.

If the mix has been in a sealed container, - jar or tin or tub with airtight lid, it is fine. However, if it was in a sort of paper bag, continue as follows:
Spread the mix thinly over a baking tray, shake it, then look closely to see if anything moves about. If it moves it's weevils and not nice to eat ( cooked or not !)
