We have had the Hudle for about 6 weeks and it has been absolutely brilliant Granddad G uses it to play candy crush mostly and I use it to check on emails. Today while granddad G was on it the screen froze and there is a low pitched constant whistle. We can't even switch it off - can you hear it? All we can do is leave it on until the battery wears down Any ideas as to what has gone wrong or has it happened to anyone else?

Unplug it from the Mains !!
Or if using Batteries, disconnect Batteries

Thank you It is not connected to the mains and it seems like a sealed unit - I wondered if anyone else has a Hudl who could advise We can't switch it off with the off button or use the 'go back arrow'
