Good And Bad Technology

What is good and bad technology. Need this answer for daughters DET homework and I'm not very good at this type of thing. Can anyone help.

Not sure I can think of any "bad" technology. However, the debate over whether technology and technological advancement has a good or bad effect is quite a common issue - I wonder if that is the topic of your daughters homework?
