If you mean something else, then say so too - but you'd be better off asking a question like that in parenting or internet sections- you'll get more appropriate answers. I thought you meant some form of disease or piercing or something. Not kidding!
MSN (Motor Sensory Neuropathy) is also called Cowchock Syndrome or possibly Charcot-Marie-Tooth Disease. It is hereditary and begins manifesting itself in the first two decades of life.
Being a motor sensory disease it affects the ability to use fingers, hand, feet and legs to an increasing debilitating degree.
Treatment is usually supportive, with physiotherapy and occupational therapy. There is no cure.
Four years of age seems young, but if you suspect early symptoms you should have your doctor refer your daughter to a specialist as soon as possible.
if you mean msn messenger, i too agree with some answers. you can record conversation (although this may annoy your daughter if you go snooping, depending upon her age and how private she is). however, you only talk to your friends ie the people you get email addresses off and so its pretty safe. just make sure she doesnt add anyone she doesnt know and she should be ok. you can also block people (if you dont already know about the program) and so she (or you) can prevent people talking to her if need be.
