Heard a loud clatter and a bang on my balcony railings - heart leapt as I thought 'What if a neighbour has slipped and tumbled three floors down'.

Threw open the door to see a four foot Santa with a rope light wrapped around his neck on the grass - are things really that bad ?

With the aid of a washing line and a coat hanger, I have hoicked him in.


I have done a poster and put in the hall (Thanks Ron) it is more a ransom note really - times are hard.
