I HAVE TWO COMPUTERS WHICH ARE NETWORKED . One is Windows xl and is too slow to catch a cold" . The other has windows 7 and I have musthave done something wrong because I can no longer get internet explorer to load on newer computer. Can anyone tell me in words of one syllable (I am not technical) just what should be where to get it open. There dont seem to be any toolbars at the top of the screen I just get a message Internet Explorer is not responding

On your Windows 7 computer you should have installed IE 11 as an update. Check your updates and when you find it uninstall it and then download it again from the Microsoft download centre and reinstall it this should fix your issue.
