Sausagemeat Recipe Please,

I can't find an y sausagemeat where I am. does anyone have a recipe for sausagemeat in order to make some. Sausage rolls?

Quite honestly, if you can't find sausagemeat then you aren't likely to find anyone selling the raw ingredients for it. Can you get actual sausages? If you can, then buy some cheap ones, split them open and use the insides.

just use posh sausages....cheap and easy!

don't use cheap sausags....the pink mush makes me feel ill. i used decent sausages at xmas.....the beef and chilli ones were lovely from tesco and you get 2 packs for a fiver x

hi mamy - i also used apple and pork sausages....bbq pork, lamb and rosemary sausages too. guests said they had the best homemade sausage rolls on the planet! i cheated and used frozen pastry too! x

40gm kosher salt
I suppose if the salt is Kosher it'll be OK for the Jewish to eat.
